Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing/binding defect.
The availability and prices of the products on this website is based on the data provided by Supplier/publisher of that product. It may vary at the actual time of supply.
All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.

Delivery Policy :

We provide Delivery of order by three modes

VPP. (Cash on Delivery)
REGISTERED BOOK POST
SPEED POST / COURIER

We accept all major Credit Cards / Net Banking including VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, or you may pay by a Demand Draft in advance or Cash-on-delivery and we dispatch goods within 1-3 working days. Sometimes the goods are to be procured from outside sources, and in this case the dispatch may take 3-4 days longer than usual.

If you choose “Courier” as your delivery mode, the order may reach you within 2-3 days after dispatch. However, for bulky/heavy books we use “Surface Courier” which takes longer. If you select “Registered Post” or “VPP” mode, the delivery is by Indian Postal Department, and may take 5-10 days to reach the destination.

Usually the postal department and various courier companies are very efficient in timely delivery, but sometimes it takes longer than usual due to various regional or internal factors. This is our responsibility to provide the customer the courier AWB number or the postal department’s receipt number.
